puppy/dog:__________ GENERAL HEALTH GUARANTEE HIP GUARANTEE This
hip guarantee applies only to those puppies/dogs bred by Wonderland
Labradoodles and only to the original Buyer. Seller does hereby guarantee this
puppy/dog to have acceptable hip joint conformation as determined by the OFA.
If this puppy's/dog's hips are rejected for OFA certification between two (2)
and three (3) years of age, Seller will replace this puppy/dog with another puppy
of comparable value from our next available litter. (OFA results that are
considered rejections are: Mild, Moderate or Severe CHD.) OFA is a standard as
which to determine extent of hip dysphasia. Replacement puppy will be of the
same breed, sex and color as the original puppy/dog unless otherwise agreed to
by both parties. If a replacement puppy is not the choice of the buyer, WL
offers payment up to one half of the purchase price of the puppy less shipping
and spay/neuter directly to the attending veterinarian for treatment of the
condition or surgery of the condition. How does this occur? WL requires you to
contact us. In some situations we will just contact your veterinarian with
payment. If there is a question as to what procedure is required or diagnosis WL
requires time for our veterinarian to contact your veterinarian and discuss the
issue. As they are the experts, they will work together to determine step by
step the course of action and we will follow their advice and pay for the
procedures recommended up to the price dictated by this warrantee. 1. Seller must be notified of OFA rejection within thirty (30) days
of its postmark. 2.
OFA rejection and a written
statement from a licensed veterinarian who took the x-rays must accompany the
request. 3.
Original puppy/dog must not
ever have been hit by a vehicle or suffered any other physical trauma capable
of causing lameness of any type, for any duration. Any such trauma will render
this guarantee null and void. Any condition of obesity or malnourishment for
any duration will render this guarantee null and void. 4.
Any returned animal must be accompanied
by any and all paperwork supplied by WL at the time of sale, as well as a
written statement from a licensed veterinarian indicating the following: 1.
All shots are and have been
kept current. 2.
Puppy/dog has had a negative
fecal within thirty (30) days. 3.
Puppy/dog has had a negative
heartworm test within thirty (30) days. 4.
Puppy/dog has been kept on heartworm
and flea preventive. 5.
Puppy/dog appears to be healthy
and well cared for. *Any
replacement puppy may not have both the same parents as the original. GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE BASIC CARE AGREEMENT *Please
note that the General, Hip and Genetic Guarantees have end dates. These dates
will be when the contract is void. The Basic Care Agreement DOES NOT have an
end date and is valid for the lifetime of the dog! SHIPPING Buyer bears all costs relating to the sale of
above animal including transportation. The risk of loss or injury to the
above-described animal is on the Buyer at all times after the dog leaves the
Seller. FULL AND FINAL
AGREEMENT The warranty set forth in this contract is the
sole warranty and is given in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed
or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. The Buyer’s sole remedy is under the warranty
provision of this contract and the Seller disclaims and will not be liable for
any other damages including consequential damages, property damage, emotional
distress, loss of use, business interruption or veterinary fees unless
specifically set forth in this warranty provision. The buyer, also, understands that any breach in
contract by the buyer may result in repossession of the puppy/dog and all
paperwork supplied to the buyer at the time of sale and/or by legal action
taken by WONDERLAND LABRADOODLES. Buyer will be responsible for any expenses
incurred from reclaiming/repossessing the puppy/dog. No refunds will be issued
if any breach in contract results in a repossession of this puppy/dog. No
refunds are granted for voluntary owner returns. This
agreement and all of its terms have been reduced to this writing and
constitutes the full and final agreement, unless amended in writing and
mutually agreed upon by both parties. Warranty is void and seller is released from all
contractual agreements if this agreement has not been signed and RETURNED
within 5 days of receipt by buyer. Seller’s

You will
receive a vet healthy puppy/dog report including shot record with your new
puppy/dog & a three (3) year health
guarantee of no HD, PRA, VonWilabrands, Elbow, Thyroid, & Patella
disorders.
The puppy/dog
must be taken to a licensed veterinarian within seventy two (72) hours of
purchase. If the Buyer fails to do so, then the general health guarantee is
void. If puppy/dog is deemed to be
unhealthy or unsound in any way the puppy/dog will be replaced by another
puppy/dog of comparable value (WL reserves the right to postpone the
replacement of a puppy/dog for any reason). If Buyer chooses to keep and treat
the puppy/dog WL will pay directly to the attending veterinarian costs for
treatment of the puppy up to one half of the purchase price of the puppy less
shipping and spay/neuter at the time of treatment. How does this occur? WL
requires you to contact us before any treatment is started. In some situations
we will just contact your veterinarian with payment. If there is a question as
to what procedure is required or diagnosis WL requires time for our
veterinarian to contact your veterinarian and discuss the issue. As they are
the experts, they will work together to determine step by step the course of
action and we will follow their advice and pay for the procedures recommended
up to the price dictated by this warrantee.
If the buyer
wishes to return the puppy due to the puppy/dog being unhealthy or unsound the
puppy/dog must be returned within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. The
puppy/dog must be accompanied by all paperwork supplied by WL at the time of
sale, and a written statement from the licensed veterinarian clearly stating
defect or illness. Sick puppies/dogs may not be returned to WL's home! It is
the responsibility of the Buyer to contact WL to arrange another place to meet.
This is to prevent healthy puppies/dogs from becoming ill. WL would never
knowingly sell a sick puppy/dog and the Buyer agrees that WL could not have
been aware of any illness or defect unable to be detected by a licensed
veterinarian.
If a puppy/dog
is found to have a health problem at its initial veterinarian visit and it is
NOT considered an emergency and the Buyer opts to immediately treat this
puppy/dog instead of exchanging it for another puppy/dog, WL is not responsible
for any expenses incurred or for the death of the puppy/dog. WL was not contacted as to the issue and
offered the opportunity for WL’s veterinarian to discuss treatment with the
attending veterinarian. In this case it is up to the buyer to send WL a copy of
the receipt of the visit and medical treatment and it is WL’s choice as to
offer a refund of treatment. As it is WL’s policy to make payment to the
attending veterinarian at the time of treatment.
Please
note slight under bites are common in Australian Labradoodles. A puppy/dog is
not deemed unhealthy or unsound due to an under bite. A
juvenile under bite is a minor issue that should correct itself when the adult
teeth come in.
**WL's health, hip and genetic guarantee does not
apply if any injury, illness, disease or fatality develops as a direct result
of the dog being overweight or malnourished, including but not limited to hip
dysphasia (see hip guarantee), heart disease, joint problems, etc.
Replacement
puppy will be provided between eight (8) and sixteen (16) weeks of age. Seller
is bound by this guarantee if and only if the following conditions are met:
This guarantee
applies only to puppies/dogs bred by Wonderland Labradoodles and only to the
original Buyer of the puppy/dog. Seller does hereby guarantee this puppy/dog to
be free of any verifiably inherited conditions that are life altering. If this
puppy/dog dies or is severely crippled from a documented inherited condition,
prior to three (3) years of age, WL will replace the puppy/dog with one of
comparable value OR pay directly to the attending veterinarian for the treatment
of the inherited condition up to one half of the purchase price of the dog less
the cost of spay/neuter and shipping. Seller is bound by this guarantee if and
only if the following conditions are met.
This agreement
is a "condition of sale" and applies to all our dogs and puppies bred
by Wonderland Labradoodles. It is included for the purpose of providing for the
puppy's/dog's continued health and well being. Violation of this agreement
invalidates all other guarantees. Buyer does hereby agree to take good and
